This special cake was created to celebrate the 60th birthday of my colleague's father. It was a two tier cake. the bottom portion was a chocolate cake with fresh strawberries and bavarian cream filling. the top tier was an horchata cake with cinammom filling. The instruments at the top of the cake were provided by my colleague.
