Cake Gallery

When people find out that I create cakes, they usually ask what to they look like. The following are some shots of some of my recent work. Consider this a gallery in progress....

Butterfly Fantasy
This first cake was done for a 5th birthday party for twin girls who love butterflies. All of the embellishments (i.e flowers, butterflies, caterpillars, etc.) were hand drawn and made with sugar icing and white chocolate.

This was a cake serving for 45 people and featured individual cutting cakes for each birthday girl.

Princess Cake

This two tier cake is covered in vanilla fondant and featured fondant and icing design elements. Again this cake was created for a 1st birthday party with a princess them. This first shot shows some of the fondant detail.

The cake was for approximately 50 people and featured a chocolate cake with dark cherry filling as the top tier and a vanilla bean with strawberry mousse for the bottom tier.

The final design elements for this cake were provided by the customer and can be seen in the photo below.

For all special occasion, large scale event cakes a standard set up fee of $75.00 is charged.

Delivery charge varies according to distance.


For all wedding cake orders, to help you celebrate your one year anniversary, a personalized specialty cake for two will be provided free of charge.
